Who It's For

Ideal if you already wear tape extensions and want them refitted to look polished again without fuss. You want a secure, discreet finish that moves naturally and feels comfortable all day.

A great choice if you value consistent results, honest advice and clear aftercare. Suits anyone maintaining length or volume who prefers an expert touch and minimal maintenance between visits.

Duration & Appointment Timing

Allow around four hours for a full refit. Timing depends on how many tapes you wear, hair density and the condition of the wefts.

Please arrive with clean, fully dry hair, free from oils and heavy conditioners. This helps the new tape bond properly and keeps your appointment running smoothly. If any wefts need replacing, we will discuss options before we proceed.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Keep hair dry for the first 48 hours and avoid steam, heavy exercise and oils near the roots so the adhesive can set fully.

Use extension-friendly shampoo and a light conditioner on mid-lengths and ends. Avoid oils and silicone at the tape line. Use heat protection and keep high heat away from the bonds.

Brush twice daily with an extension brush, starting at the ends. Tie hair in a low ponytail or loose plait for sleep and exercise. Most clients rebook every 6 to 8 weeks to maintain comfort and a flawless blend.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I book a refit?
Most clients return every 6 to 8 weeks, depending on hair growth and home care. Leaving it longer can encourage tangling or slippage, so we will guide you on a schedule that suits you.
Will a refit damage my natural hair?
When done correctly, tape extensions are gentle. We use the right solvent, even tension and careful sectioning to protect your scalp and strands.
How should I prepare for my appointment?
Arrive with clean, fully dry hair and no oils or heavy conditioners. Avoid silicone serums at the roots and bring any spare hair you would like us to use.
Can you replace or add tapes if needed?
We assess every weft during your appointment. If any need replacing or you would like extra volume, we will explain options and proceed only with your approval.
Can I colour or heat-style my extensions?
You can heat-style with a heat protectant and moderate temperature. For colour, only tint your natural root area or speak to your stylist first, as extensions can react differently.
