Best for itchy, flaky or heavy-feeling roots

This treatment is a good option if your scalp feels tight, itchy or a bit flaky, or if your roots get greasy quickly. It is also useful if you use a lot of styling products and feel like your hair never quite feels properly clean, even after washing.

How the Perfect Clarity pre-wash treatment is applied (from 10 minutes)

The exfoliator is applied to the scalp before shampooing, then worked through with a gentle massage to lift build-up and dead skin. After it has done its job, it is rinsed away and you move straight into your wash and finish.

After the exfoliation: keeping your scalp clear between appointments

To maintain the “fresh scalp” feeling, you may be advised to space out heavy styling products, rinse thoroughly after shampoo, and use scalp serums or oils on a clean scalp. Many clients like to repeat a scalp exfoliation every few weeks, especially if they notice build-up returning.
