About Paige
Paige is a qualified beauty therapist at Honeys Hair and Beauty in Taunton, with six years' experience in the beauty industry and a real passion for making her clients feel confident, pampered and their absolute best.
She specialises in Russian manicures, Gel BIAB and Acrygel nails, creating everything from natural, elegant sets to gorgeous statement nails. Paige also has a particular passion for intimate waxing and brow lamination, helping her clients feel fresh, confident and beautifully groomed.
Russian manicures with Paige
Often described as the ultimate clean girl manicure, a Russian manicure is all about detailed cuticle work. Paige uses an e-file to carefully remove excess cuticle and dead skin from around the nail plate, creating that super clean, flawless finish.
The nail is then perfectly prepped before your chosen gel, polish or BIAB is applied as close to the cuticle as possible, giving a seamless, fresh look with no obvious gap. As well as making your manicure look extra neat, the technique can help you get more out of it, because it takes longer before regrowth starts to show.
